Had John and his workers installed a brand new HVAC system in my home. Absolute awful job. Paying thousands to have it... fixed by a PROFESSIONAL company. Air handler not installed correctly. Installation on the pipes need to be replaced, done incorrectly. System has failed handful of times in the first year. Sloppy cut outs in wood floor for vents. COMPLETE DISASTER. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.read more

I had the Jet guys (Mark, James and Addie) at my home once again today. This time the piping to my boiler sprung a... leak. The first time they fixed burst heating pipes in my slab foundation. Again they were professional, courteous and prompt. As usual their work was outstanding. This is our second encounter and it is a pleasure working with them. Easy to do business with and are seriously not price gaugers. They don’t play games they tell you what needs to be fixed or what needs a reset. Woke up to a cold house (62 degrees), the boiler stopped working. I phoned the company, and they moved around some... appointments to accommodate me. The technician Kyle, arrived promptly, he was professional, courteous and he knew his boilers. He diagnosed it immediately, needed a new thermal coupling, he replaced it and we were back in business. The price was reasonable and fair. I would def recommend this company, Kyle was knowledgeable and professional hard to find good service people. Great job!read more

The job was left a mess when it was completed. The vents have moisture and ruined the ceilings within a year. Not a... professional job. Almost two years later and one of the vents is still not installed correctly. System works great but installation was a mess. He is unreliable about coming back to fix it when he says he will ***edited *** following this review the job was completed and looks like it should have when it was first finished. The final result looks great. My only wish was it didn’t take as long as it did.read more

Compared to other companies (and I just called at least 6 of them right before this one) they deserve 10 stars. I spoke... with Jonathan over the phone, on a Saturday, because I was having heating issues. In my situation he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was not only knowledgeable but compassionate. He didn't want me to go without heat over the weekend but also did not want me to pay overtime prices if he could help it. He literally spoke with me and helped me troubleshoot over the phone on a Saturday! Now that I know I can trust and rely on him, I know exactly who to call to service my heating/cooling system as a new homeowner.read more
