John and his crews have handled everything from yearly service of my Buderus condensing boiler to repairs, additions to my plumbing and heating systems as well as the occasional emergency stuff my mother in law had with her heating unit. Jon was super informative and detailed about all options available and guided his recommendations based on my mere mention of future expansion of bathroom backed up to boiler. They offered finance options and were able to start and finish the project immediately. When I had questions Jon called me personally late evenings and truly was an honest, kind and knowledgeable professional.
